We are a tech startup driven by the mission to improve the way organizational decisions are made. Using our Team Mechanic 1.2 tool, we generate leaders and team profiles, and we help paint a better macro personnel picture. We assess personality, occupational preferences, and values, and correlate them with longevity and performance. Thus, we are able to generate relevant insights regarding organizational structure, practices, and future development.

EWS is based on a fresh data-driven perspective that combines thoroughly researhed scoring techniques with organizational consultancy principles. We belive that in order to perform at a high level and value each employee, an organization first needs to objectively understand them, how they work, and define what matters to them.

In short, we help companies unleash the power of behavioural data and generate relevant insights regarding how to structure teams, how to build leader-team relations, how to create synergies, and how to better define values.

How we improve recruitment

Using our fresh perspective on recruiting we aim to indentify candidates with the most potential in the shortest time using accurate digital processing techniques, as we highly value the time of our applicants and of our clients.

Our process includes three stages, all of which have been thoroughly researched and determined to improve selection accuracy. In our digital processing offer we include the most important areas that can predict future job performance such as: expertise and motivation, personality traits and occupational preferences.

By doing so, we make sure candidates have the potential to perform greatly, to integrate into the company culture, and to be compatible with their new job. Fruther, we make sure that hiring decisions are made on relevant data, excluding biases and decision-making noise. Regardless of the outcome, we provide candidates with their psychometric results, interpretations, and guidelines, so they can better understand themselves and their professional trajectory.
